About

Hello! My name is Kimberly Coyle and this is my online home, Find Time for Tea. Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you'll find something you like here and stay for a while. I try to find time to write here, cup of tea in hand, when I am not busy with the stuff of everyday life. I write about faith, family, and life as an American expat living in Europe. Sometimes I write about my love/hate relationship with running, and occasionally I write about words themselves and how I hope to make a life out of writing them. But mostly, I write about the minutiae and messy bits of life, and how to find beauty in the middle of them.

I have three children who make me fall in love and want to tear my hair out on a daily basis.

I have a husband who also makes me fall in love and want to tear my hair out on a daily basis. Although, he gets extra credit for putting up with me and indulging my whims; whims that usually walk the fine line between crazy and genius.

We are currently living in Switzerland, which I alternately view as a blessing or a curse depending on the day. Sometimes we travel to far-flung locations, but in the day-to-day my life looks just like yours. I grocery shop and chauffeur my kids. I cook dinner and do the laundry (good gracious, the laundry). I run and I listen to dodgy rap music. I drink red wine and I eat too much cheese, an unfortunate residential hazard. And I write, because writing helps me see.

Why Find Time for Tea? Because I like tea. Because finding time for the little things in life is important. Because I need time to notice the true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy. And because I'd love for you to join me and find the time too.
